Animals are a great source of inspiration. These pdf file includes 3 short wellness activities for brain breaks in the classroom: Geometric rhino image - feel calm one colour at a time. This can be printed or saved digitally to colour in on an ipad for multiple copies. Why not crop the page to make your very own screensaver? Mindful tracing - run your fingers along the outlines of the rhino, breathing deeply to feel connected and centred. Can be used as a digital copy or printed and laminated for multiple uses in the classroom. Additionally, you can make a set and trace over the design with glitter glue or add string so that your students can enjoy mindful tracing with different sensory experiences. Drawing basics - learn how to draw a rhino with the help of a grid. Image available on the left and the right so right-hand students and left-hand students can choose their preference.
